Locked and Loaded!

My last pre-trip post! Whoot! Whoot!

Highlights from the week:

1) I picked up our tickets from Nancy the travel agent and she tried to hug me. Unnecessary.
b) I almost purchased yogurt covered raisins for the plane trip. But then I didn't.
iii) I've reached my quota for Gary hugs (the cat, not the uncle). I hug him every chance I get. I think he's starting to avoid me.

Gary's trying to keep his distance because he doesn't want to tear up when you leave. It's a defense mechanism. Next he'll be all, "Oh, you know, I've been really busy, having a great time..." when you call home to see how he is. But really he spends his days in his pyjamas, watching waaaayyyy too much TLC and OLN (he turns the channel whenever it's about the Balkans), and whining to whomever will listen about achey joints or something.

Have a fabbity fab fab time, LL and H, and be sure to update often! We are all living vicariously through you! Don't forget to deliver the guns!

No guns. Drugs and scurvy from the lack of twigs and berries. But no guns. Bosnia and Herzegovina are known for their "tank and aircraft assembly and domestic appliances"... Would you like a tank? I could probs get you a tank.

A tank would be nice. Thanks for offering! I would also like some domestic appliances. You can leave them on the kitchen counter inside the tank.

Poor confused Nancy. My guess is that she's feeling a bit of the motherly thing for you and just wanted to pass along a little luv. Don't hold it against her - I'd be doing the same in her position. I'm glad the backpack and tank top issues are well behind you and only good times and funness stretching ahead.
